These Terms of Service ("Terms") shape how we work together. "LOOVE," "we," "us," and "our" refer to LOOVE, LLC. We operate this platform to facilitate exchanges between creative practice and sustainable commerce.
By using our services, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We've written this document to be both legally sound and genuinely useful—a framework for the kind of commercial relationships we're working to establish.
1. Using Our Services
Age and Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location to use our services. If you're allowing a minor to use our services through your account, you're responsible for their activities.
When creating an account or making a purchase, the information you provide must be accurate and current. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Through our platform, you can purchase:
Physical products (instruments, media, art, equipment)
Event tickets and workshop registrations
Gift cards and merchandise

Each item represents a considered choice—either created by us, curated from our network, or offered through transparent partnerships with other makers.
We strive to represent our offerings accurately, but colors and details may vary based on your device. Product availability, descriptions, and prices can change without notice.
Special Offerings
Some of our products come from creative collaborators through consignment or revenue-sharing arrangements. These items are subject to the same terms as our direct inventory unless specifically noted. Detailed terms for consignment and collaborative arrangements are covered in separate agreements with those partners.
3. Ordering and Payment
Making a Purchase
When you place an order, you're offering to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Your order isn't final until we confirm it and process payment. Please review orders carefully, as we may not be able to accommodate changes once accepted.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD and don't include taxes or shipping unless stated
We accept standard payment methods through our secure processor
You must have authorization to use your payment method
Prices may differ between our online and physical locations
We price with transparency—what you see reflects actual costs plus what we need to sustain our operations
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items (including event tickets):
Payment is processed at time of order
Delivery/event dates are estimates and may change
We'll notify you of any significant changes
Cancellation terms vary by product and will be specified at purchase
Gift Cards
Gift cards don't expire
They're non-refundable but transferable
Can be used online or at our physical locations
Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it for specific timelines and conditions.
4. Event Tickets and Experiences
If you're purchasing event tickets or workshop registrations:
Sales are final 48 hours before the event unless otherwise noted
Rescheduling may be available depending on the event
We're not responsible for changes due to circumstances beyond our control
Specific event terms will be provided at purchase
5. Shipping and Digital Delivery
Physical Products
We'll make reasonable efforts to ship within stated timeframes, but delays can occur. Once we transfer items to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Digital Products
Digital products (if any) are delivered via email and are non-refundable
You'll have access to download links for a reasonable period (minimum 30 days)
You're responsible for maintaining backups of downloaded content
Ensure your email can receive messages from our domain
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The creative works on our platform - text, images, designs, and trademarks - are protected by copyright and belong to LOOVE, LLC or our collaborators. We invite you to enjoy and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. For other uses, just reach out and ask - we're often happy to collaborate.
Your Content
When you share reviews, feedback, or other content with us, you're contributing to how this space evolves. By sharing, you allow us to feature your contributions across our platforms and communications. Please ensure anything you share respects others' rights.
Collaborative Works
Rights related to recordings, artistic collaborations, or commissioned works are governed by separate agreements specific to those arrangements.

International Users: If you're accessing our services from outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We're committed to making our services accessible to all participants in these exchanges. If you encounter barriers to access, please let us know at boops@theloove.com and we'll work to address them.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we work hard to provide excellent service, things sometimes go wrong. To the extent permitted by law:

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service
Unforeseen Circumstances: We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.
